1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, and using the Trivia Royale mobile application ("Application" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Application. These Terms are governed by the laws of Mauritius.

2. License Grant

Innovative Technology Consulting LTD ("Company") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not:

• Modify, translate, or create derivative works of the Application
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application
• Rent, lease, or lend the Application
• Use the Application for any commercial purpose without written permission
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You may not use another person's account without permission.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Engage in harassment, abuse, or threats toward other players
• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or exploits to gain unfair advantages
• Manipulate leaderboard rankings through fraudulent means
• Share or distribute copyrighted content without authorization
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Application or servers
• Transmit malware, viruses, or any harmful code
• Spam or flood the service with requests

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, features, and functionality of the Application (including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and sounds) are owned by the Company, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without the Company's prior written permission.

6. In-App Purchases

The Application offers in-app purchases for power-ups, revivals, and other items. By making a purchase:

• You authorize the Company to charge your payment method
• Purchases are non-refundable except as required by law
• Virtual items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash
• The Company reserves the right to adjust pricing or discontinue items

All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment providers (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).

7. Advertising

The Application displays advertisements from third-party providers. By using the Application, you consent to the display of ads. The Company is not responsible for the content of advertisements or any transactions with advertisers.

8. Leaderboards and Rankings

Leaderboard rankings are based on player performance. The Company:

• Reserves the right to remove players who violate these Terms or engage in cheating
• May reset leaderboards at any time without notice
• Is not liable for any disputes regarding rankings or scores

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. The Company disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• That the Application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
• That defects will be corrected or that the Application is compatible with all devices

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damage to your device or loss of data
• Any claim arising from your use of the Application

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Application in the past 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Application
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

12. Termination

The Company may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Application immediately and without notice if:

• You violate these Terms
• You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• You violate the intellectual property rights of the Company or others
• The Company determines, in its sole discretion, that your conduct is harmful

Upon termination, your right to use the Application ceases immediately.

13. Modifications to Terms

The Company may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for changes.

14. Modifications to Service

The Company reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Application or any feature
• Change pricing or introduce new fees
• Remove content or features at any time

The Company shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Application.

15. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mauritius, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Application shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mauritius.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company regarding the Application and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
